2013 Audi S6: The Audi S6 use the 309 kW (420 hp) version of the new 4.0 TFSI. The twin-turbo V8 provides a constant 550 Nm (405.66 lb-ft) of torque from 1,400 to 5,300 rpm. It accelerates the S6 from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 4.8 seconds. With both models, the electronically governed top speed of 250 km/h (155.34 mph) is just a formality.

The 4.0 TFSI brings Audi’s downsizing strategy to the high-performance class. Compared to the engine in the previous model, the free-breathing, 5.2-liter V10, it offers even sportier performance while reducing fuel consumption by as much as 25 percent. Average fuel consumption is just 9.7 liters per 100 km (24.25 US mpg) in the Audi S6.

2012 Audi A1 Amplified: The models combine exclusive optional features from Audi, quattro GmbH and Audi Genuine Accessories. In the amplified red line, the body is painted in Misano Red pearl effect, while the amplified white is painted in Glacier White metallic. Both lines are available in three different equipment levels that build on each other.

The exterior has sporty add-on parts from the aerodynamics competition kit, painted the same color as the body, and LED taillights. A special feature is the high-gloss black diffuser insert that integrates two matt black tailpipes on the left side (one tailpipe for engines up to 77 kW).

2012 Audi R8 E-Tron: The Audi R8 e-tron is powered by two electric motors, which produce up to 376 hp and 605 lb-ft of torque. Those motors, in turn, are powered by a t-shaped 49 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that lives in the R8′s standard transmission tunnel and just in front of the rear axle. The whole package weighs 3924 pounds and has an estimated range of 134 miles. Top speed in production specification is 125 mph, although Audi engineers specifically raised the Vmax to 155 mph for Nurburgring testing.

With about 50 hp less than the Audi R8 4.2 FSI, the R8 e-tron was probably going to finish the nearly 13-mile German track behind the gasoline car, and it did, but only barely. At a final, verified time of 8:09.099, the e-tron finished its run of the Green Hell about four seconds behind the R8 4.2′s ring time of 8:05, which was achieved in 2007 at the hands of Sport Auto magazine in Germany. At 8:09, Audi also captured the world record for the fastest EV lap of the Nurburgring Nordschleife.

2012 Audi A6: The Audi automaker has released 2012 Audi A6 2.0 TSI SE, the Vehicle base price at £30,145.Audi says this one is different, and points to its impressive on-paper statistics, steel and aluminium hybrid construction and imposing new looks to support its case . The 2012 Audi A6 2.0 TSI SE is available only with 3.0-litre V6 petrol or diesel power and the 2.0-litre diesel motor seen here, but a petrol-electric hybrid version will be on sale before the end of the year. 

The 2.0 TDI is based on the outgoing unit, but Audi says it is so substantially re-engineered that it can be thought of as effectively a new design. Power goes up by 7bhp to 175bhp, combining with its slimmer figure to produce a significant improvement in power-to-weight ratio. But it’s the step up in torque you’ll notice more; it rises from 258lb ft to 280lb ft at the same low 1750rpm.Those liking what they hear, however, need to bear in mind that the 2.0-litre diesel motor is currently available with a six-speed manual gearbox only.
