2014 Subaru Forester

By thr_80 | At 9:50 AM | Label : , | 0 Comments
2014 Subaru Forester: The 2014 Forester will get an updated suspension system. The new crossover's reported 8.7-inch ground clearance is the same as that on the base model of the current Forester. In addition to the new styling and suspension, the 2014 Forest adds an engine option: a 2.0-liter turbocharged horizontally opposed four-cylinder producing 250 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque.

This new 2.0-liter turbo is particularly interesting in light of rumors reported on last week that hinted at a turbocharged Subaru BRZ. We have contacted Subaru to ask if there is any connection, but we haven't heard back from them yet. A naturally aspirated 2.5-liter Boxer good for 170 hp, which debuted on the previous Forester, is also available. Buyers of vehicles equipped with the 2.5-liter engine will choose either a six-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission.

2012 Subaru Forester

By thr_80 | At 3:56 AM | Label : , | 0 Comments
2012 Subaru Forester: Subaru Forester vehicles, manufactured between November 2007 to March 2012, will be affected by this recall and their owners will have to take a trip back to the dealers which will inspect the rear seat belts and replace them if necessary, free of charge. The NHTSA is also saying that the rear center seat belt system does not meet federal safety standards and these could inhibit the proper installation of child safety seats because the automatic locking retractors do not lock properly.

Subaru didn’t say anything about reports received from customers regarding this problem and we don’t know for sure whether or not injuries occurred because of the defective rear seat belts, but if ignores, the risk of an injury to passengers sitting in the seat could increase during a collision. Subaru’s mechanics will replace the rear center seat belt assembly with a new one and the recall is expected to start soon.

2012 Subaru Impreza Wagon

By thr_80 | At 3:28 PM | Label : , | 0 Comments
2012 Subaru Impreza Wagon: for a new four-cylinder boxer engine of 2.0 liter 148 horsepower that is. The engine produces a longer stroke and uses two camshafts, and dual Active Valve Control (CVAD) for the efficient and low emission. Choice of transmission will be a 5-speed manual transmission or a new continuously variable transmission lighter (CVT), which claims to offer Subaru smooth overall performance. Premium, Sport and Limited trim levels with CVT have a manual 6-speed with paddle shift. Training Other updates include a new electric power steering system.

2012 Subaru Impreza sedan and five-door will go on sale this fall. Pricing is not expected to be announced until the car goes on sale, but we expect it to be comparable to the 2011 models. The 2011 Impreza starts at $17,495 plus a destination charge of $725. The top Impreza Premium model retails for $19,995, and many options are available. (All New Car Test Drive prices are Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices, which do not include destination charge and may change at any time without notice.)

2012 Subaru XV

By thr_80 | At 9:23 AM | Label : , | 0 Comments
2012 Subaru XV was powered by a DOHC 2.0-liter horizontally against the four-cylinder 150 hp with a 6000 RPM during the debt, and 146 lb-ft 4,200 rpm during the design so you can see the continuation of this engine. A 2012 Subaru Symmetrical AWD Subaru XV Crossover also offers the end system (the four wheels). 1.6 liters and 2.0 liter engines are available for the European market. Both engines employ almost the same except for engine blocks, which helped them succeed in fuel economy and balance of yield production.

SUBARU BOXER DIESEL, which was developed specifically for the European market, had very positive reviews. High rigidity, the high degree of fluidity, light, compact design, excellent acceleration response on high torque even at low speeds, less CO2 emissions and better fuel economy, are among the benefits most frequently mentioned . All new Subaru Boxer Diesel XV contains the application range of stakeholders with kindness.

Subaru Impreza WRX

By thr_80 | At 3:51 AM | Label : , | 0 Comments
The Subaru Impreza WRX is a turbocharged version of the Subaru Impreza, an all-wheel drive, four-door passenger vehicle. It is available as a sedan or wagon. Originally introduced in 1992 in Japan, then shortly afterward in New Zealand, Australia and Europe, the WRX features a turbocharged 2.0L (then later a 2.5L) version of Subaru's EJ series flat-4 Boxer engine.

Compared to the base Impreza, the WRX also has wider wheels with lower profile tires, larger brakes, and firmer, higher-quality suspension components. The Impreza WRX was first sold in North America in 2001 as a 2002 model year.
