2013 Suzuki Jimny: The Japanese automaker has updated the tiny Jimny SUV for its 2013 model year. Exterior updates include a revised front bumper, grille and a reshaped hood with central air scoop, as well as repositioned headlights and a new Breeze Blue metallic exterior color. Interior changes include a new seat fabric for the entry-level SZ3 model.

While both SZ3 and top-spec SZ4 models get a modified headrest design and ISOFIX child seat mountings. The Jimny’s existing 85 horsepower 1.3-litre four-cylinder petrol engine remains as the only available engine. It delivers a decent fuel-economy rating of 39.8 mpg combined with the five-speed manual transmission and 38.7 mpg with the four-speed automatic.

2012 Maruti Suzuki R3 MPV: India-tested with a passenger. The new Maruti Suzuki R3 MPV is claimed to be able to carry six or seven passengers. The engine will use the latest version of the K-Series. Reportedly for the gasoline engine will have 1.4-liter capacity. In India also equipped with diesel engines DDiS 1.3-liter capacity. The new Suzuki R3 features four regular doors, three rows of seats.

 

And is likely to have a seating capacity of between six to seven passengers, depending on the configuration. Maruti is currently seeking to build a new plant to expand its capacity, and something that will be needed when the car was launched into the second half of this year. For the price of the new Maruti Suzuki R3 MPV, it is predicted will not vary much with its main competitors the Toyota Avanza and Daihatsu Xenia.

2012 Suzuki GSXR 1000: Surely not the update that Gixxer lovers were hoping for, the 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 sees a modest retooling as the Japanese company’s liter bike most noticeably goes back to a single exhaust can design.
